Aménagement de mon jardin japonais Été 2014 Creating my Japanese garden Summer 2014
Lorsque nous avons acheté la maison, ce joli pommier (en arrière plan) nous cachait la vue sur la baie. (été 2011) When we bought the house, this nice apple tree (in the background) was blocking our view on the bay. (summer 2011)	Après bien des hésitations, nous avons fini par nous décider à le couper. (été 2013) After much hesitation, we finally decided to cut it down. (summer 2013)
Mais pour l'honorer nous avons décidé de le conserver et le voici, à l'été 2014, trônant fièrement à l'entrée de la maison. In order to honor it we decided to keep it and here it is, in summer 2014, proudly sitting in the entrance to the house.
Puis on s'est attaqué au jardin japonais. On a creusé un trou, enfoui un petit baril de plastique comme réservoir avec une petite pompe, Marc a fabriqué le "robinet" et la louche en bambou et nous avons utilisé mon ancien bain d'oiseau en pierre comme récipient.   Et voilà mon "Tsukubaï" ! Then we started the work on our Japanese garden. We digged a hole in the ground, put a small plastic barrel in it with a smal pump. Marc has made the bamboo tap and ladle and we used my old stone bird bath as a container. Here is my "Tsukubaï" !
J'ai aménagé des roches de différentes formes tout autour de mon Caragana Walker, ainsi qu'une plate-bande de vivaces autour du terrain. I scattered a few stones of different shapes all around my Caragana Walker, as well as a flower bed around the yard.
	Dans le coin opposé j'ai installé mon Bouddha. I put my Buddha in the opposite corner.
	Nous sommes au début de juin, le pommetier est en fleurs. It's the beginning of June, the crabapple is blooming.
On a aménagé un sentier de pas japonais sur fond de petites pierres de rivière. We set a Japanese stone path on a river stones surface.
Au Japon, chaque salon de thé a son "Tsukubaï" dans le jardin.  En fait il s'agit pour les clients de se laver les mains avant d'entrer au salon de thé, de là la louche pour puiser de l'eau dans la fontaine. In Japan, each tea house has its "Tsukubaï" in the garden.  In fact, it's about washing their hands for the clients before they get inside.  Hence the ladle to draw water from the fountain.
Coquine adore boire l'eau courante du Tsukubaï. Coquine loves to drink the running water from the Tsukubaï.
Rendu au mois d'août les vivaces ont poussé énormément ! In August the perrenials have grown very big !
